8.02 UNIVERSITY PRE-MASTERS DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT & ENGLISH STUDIES

Programme Aim
This programme is designed for mature international students, who have a first degree diploma or business experience and who now wish to consolidate and update their skills to become more effective in the workplace and enter a postgraduate business related course at a UK university.
Entry Requirements
Minimum Age - 21 years
Pre-Masters Students should be of Higher Intermediate level of English on arrival and have completed high school education in their own country. Evidence of completion, in the form of a School Leaving Certificate, should be enclosed with the enrolment form. Additionally, students attending the Pre-Masters Course should provide evidence of their first degree diploma or a minimum of five years relevant work experience. On arrival all students complete an English language entry test, followed by an MLS business assessment and are placed in classes accordingly.
Counselling Service
As part of the course all students will receive full University counselling. Our University Counsellors will guide students through the University application process and help to advise them on the right choice of University for their needs.
Indicative Content - Topics
The University Pre-Masters Diploma Programme compries of 10 single units and 1 double unit of study, with credits awarded for successful completion of the MLS assessments.
