Conditions of Enrolment
The enrolment is only accepted once a deposit of £500 (non-refundable) or full fees in advance, have been sent with a completed enrolment form. Any balance of fees are due 3 weeks prior to course entry. All fees must be net of bank charges. A student is offered a place at the college on the understanding that he or she will remain for the duration of the course as specified. In the event of a student leaving or being dismissed before the termination of the agreed course, MLS International College reserve the right to charge, in full, any balance of fees outstanding. Accommodation cancellation requires one full weeks' notice to MLS or payment of one weeks' fees in lieu. There will be no refund in the event of late arrival, leaving or being dismissed before the end of the course (in special cases the Directors exercise discretion). The Directors reserve the right to dismiss a student from the college in the case of unsatisfactory attendance, work or conduct. MLS International Ltd reserves the right to make necessary changes to courses, course content, dates and fees, without notice.
